Do you offer private sessions?

Yes! Private sessions are a great way to begin yoga for the first time and manage health issues. It’s easier to address injuries and work on any issues in your existing yoga practice at your pace. Your body will be retrained in new healthier movement patterns and learn to relax deeply for optimal healing.  It’s yoga tailor-made for you!

What is Yoga Therapy?

How is it different from other yoga classes?

The focus on customizing yoga to fit the person is a hallmark of yoga therapy.  In a group class, we also build a supportive community and a sense that we’re all in it together.  We get to know the people we practice alongside.  And we take turns.  Maybe today one person is feeling amazing.  Somebody else barely had the energy to get to class.  We hold space for all of it.  And are a shoulder to lean on and lift each other up.  We meet together under a tree of love.
